Eugenio Felix Meléndez

Eugenio Felix Meléndez has been missing since January 23rd, 2010.  He is the son of Norma Meléndez and Alex Padrastro, friends of WIVV who live on Vieques.  Alex’s last known location was the ferry to Culebra.  He is feared to have been lost at sea.
